Dealing With Regulation, Restructuring and Market Changes

One of the key themes that I have heard in my coaching and training sessions through 2012 is traders concern with changes in the environment, specifically across three dimensions;
Regulation
Restructuring and employment
Market uncertainty and liquidity
Each of these presents a change in the performance context – the situation under which someone performs. Other examples of contexts would include your trading performance (are you making or losing money), your role, where you trade, or your life circumstances (births, marriages, moving house).
Much of your trading behaviour is context dependent.
