I guess all four...trading teams might be good idea since team approach is always better if its a proper team...trade ideas are always welcomed...and I agree with Lisa for last two.

well being self taught i believe all of the above yet one must learn to fend for them selves the confirmation from other traders is healthy for self esteem this being said friendships are most important for me to know i have an inside support groups in and of it self eaven outside trades for this i am forever gratefull for

just  the last item for me, maybe a bit of the second last item.  its difficult to find people to talk trading with so for me this sight fills that void.  being self taught i dont usually need other peoples methods , although having said that i have picked up a couple of tidbits every now and again for sure.
