Hi, data is on spot only, no futures.

It indicates how much % you must hold long or short

Hold long or short to what? Which is your primary asset to hedge? Euro usd = wX+wY+wZ...wN ?.

This represents the % to hold long or short per FX or commodity.

It's not a basket against something else and mostly used for hedging purpose.
