Comment by Srinivas dev on December 21, 2012 at 3:57pm Hi Peter, I saw you up the top liking this post. Merry christmas
what about your christmas food ? Is it Smoked salmon with a dill-mustard sauce or it is a roasted turkey? And that Christmas cake too and Christmas pudding too, Is this what you have in mind?
Comment by Peter jcp on December 21, 2012 at 4:29pm Hi Sun and Srinivas - Merry Christmas and compliments of the season to both of you and have a great 2012 trading year. For Christmas Dinner - we will be having a Roast turkey Dinner - with roast potatoes, carrots, brussel sprouts, peas, swede etc etc with gravy - and then a lovely Christmas pudding with rum and cream.
Many UK families go for a larger turkey so that after Christmas day it can be used in sandwiches and for a turkey curry etc. All this talk of food is making me hungry - so going to have a cup of tea with a mince pie now ;-))
Yes I do know of families having Roast Duck or Smoked Salmon - both foods I also love and decades ago it was Roast Chicken in the UK - but then Turkey took over.
Have a great weekend and enjoy your break
Regards
Peter
Comment by Srinivas dev on December 21, 2012 at 5:12pm All this talk of food definitely makes me hungry. The sad part is I am a vegetarian , right from birth.
Nonetheless, I do have roast potatoes, carrots, sprouts and Pudding too. A cake for me is egg-less, always. Have a nice christmas Peter.

Comment by Sundaram on December 22, 2012 at 12:15pm Terima kasih Angely. Semoga anda dikurniakan segala kejayaan dan kebahagiaan di Hari Natal and Tahun Baru. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, Peter and Lisa. Enjoy your festival.
Hi Srinivas, don't be sad about being a vegetarian. Actually, you can still break away from it, the choice is yours! Restriction are "self-inflicted" by humans in the name of religion and tradition. I believe in god but not religion.
Comment by Srinivas dev on December 22, 2012 at 5:22pm Ok Sundaram,
I take your point.

Srinivas
