EUR has broken 1.3960 resistance after falling to 1.38 to gain momentum and now is attacking  1.4040 as I've mentioned that resistance level in Monday. So what next. If we close aove 1.3960 or 1.4000 we shall go and test 1.4130 and 1.4170, where all that show should end at last.  First of all, watch for 1.4040, enter SHORT there with 50-60 pips stop.

We need a daily close above 1740 on GOLD to continue the upside, on break over 1740 next will be 1760-80 zone. Support @ 1655.

ECB is buying Spanish and Italian bonds, this supports EUR upside for now, enter short around 1.4040-50, I think that for today we shall end somewhere around 1.4070-75, and later today we are going to try to close above 1.40

It's expected the data from USA to be better and te risk appetite may grow later today - this means GOLD fall and EUR up more.

What do you think about current situation on EUR/USD?

Hah,very dramatical, i must confess i was surprised from today's EUR performance. Good data from the USA boosted the EUR which went like a rocket into space. We have almost reached 61.8% fibo level @ 1.4250. We are too high now and i'm waiting for some profit taking which should return the prices back to 1.4130. I'm now SHORT @ 1.4210 , what a day!!!
