The fabled New York Reversal has again cut in front of you in traffic! Right on the open, the whole direction for the session does an about-face. Nothing like a little road rage from the morning commute to work to make global markets feel our pain...

Comment by Peter jcp on February 25, 2013 at 4:17pm: Hi Andrew - I had to pop out at 3pm UK time ( 10am NY ) to collect my son from school. I have been out for only around an hour and during that time the EU dropped nearly 100 pips and the EJ - 140+ pips - and it's a Monday ;-)). Today the market kept to its proper rules - ie movements were over peak times - it might not happen every day - but as long as your target is not say 200+ pips a day - you should be able to find enough pips for your daily target - without London Open ;-))
