EURO and GBP during early European session made the downward stop hunt move below that of the initial low.Now they have done the upward stop hunt above that of the high.
They are expected to slowly swing and slide during US session.

you have answered my question exactly right and made the problem clear by saying "I don't go by trends or forecasts."
Precisely the problem with doc's forecast is this- There is no way to define the timing of when there will be enough sell or buy orders to change the direction. Each time it is guess that , ok , it looks like now it is enough but than it is not enough and directions continues for some more time. This "some more time " can be sessions , days and in some cases weeks but irrespective of that Doc stays with his forecast and that kills the traders.
As you will understand that without timing the whole forecast thing falls flat and I have heard this thing again and again from all supporters that they do not use forecast and they use strategy because of the same reason and more and more times it has been requested from doc to base the readings on so called 30 minute strategy and not use a forecast which has no support on timing but .....
Comment by Boustouller on July 22, 2011 at 6:13am Mark you are right!!!
About the doc, nice job!
Dear Santosh,
Yes, agreed. You should not just go by the forecast. If you do, your margin call is guaranteed (it's just my view, of-cause).
But that doesn't mean doc should stop giving the forecast, if it helps someone doc should continue do so. I don't use it as it doesn't suits my trading style. But I don't condemn it either, I just choose to not use it, everybody have that choice, don't they.
As you know doc gives his forecast on daily basis, so timing is obvious. If it fails today that's it, it failed. Tomorrow is a new day, new forecast, trade it as it is.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like you are confused between forecast and market analysis. Docs market analysis says players are building sell positions, he didn't say players are building sell positions today and they will drop tomorrow. This building sell positions may continue until they are done. Forecast is a different aspect, doc derives it from his algorithmic, it may go wrong, so he called it a "Forecast".
Dear Mark,
It entirely depends on your trading style, even if it doesn't make any sense to you, some of us who follows players do understand it.
If you are here to learn Sir, please mind your language. With your attitude no body will able to help you understand what you don't know. (Please take this as a constructive criticism; I'm not here for any ugly arguments.)

there is a bit of contradiction in "If you do, your margin call is guaranteed" and "if it helps someone" but as it is said everybody to himself.
I am not confused. I have been seeing this thing for quite some time and I was a paid subscriber to make sure that I am not judging things on pure air. Doc did not just say they are building sell positions . If it was just that I would have not said anything. What my issue has been that even though it has been proven again and again , doc keeps giving the timing of the call. On explicit question on fall , it always have been said in the blog it will slide/drop in xyz session.
my whole point is if you know that your forecast algo does work on timings and levels than dont put it here , it is as simple as that. Call it market commentary and say that "sell position build is going on and it may go on and I am not in a position to point out when it will be over and next direction will start".
It has become more than clear forecast is only requested by people who are looking for signals . Forecast is nothing but signals with a different name and these signals are not working.
