As you all know (think), the most important event that will be discussed tomorrow is debt crisis , but I believe European Council will be  focusing on something completely different , which is the situations in the middle east , especially Egypt after the victory of Islamic parties in the presidential election ...

I think one of the dangerous things that might happen , and It might effect the EURO directly ; There is fear about the future of the European…

As shown on the chart posted below , the pair trapped between 38.2% retracement (1.2745) and 23.6% retracement (1.2570) of the rally (1.3485/1.2287)....

Yesterday, we had a break below the inner trend line as shown on the chart around 1.2620 , today the pair is testing the same point , williams and bollinger bands suggest - possible gains - toward 1.2680 area before the next fall, a clear break above 1.2680 may pass 1.2745 easily towards 1.2900 levels !!!! but in return RSI suggests…

As shown on the daily chart posted below, the pair's so close from strong turning points on the medium term, 38.2% retracement (1.2745) , 50% retracement (1.2885) and 61.8% retracement (1.3025) of 2012 highs(1.3485) & 2012 lows (1.2287)....

I highly recommend watching the pair at least for 2 days and zooming on the 4 hours chart to catch any reversal pattern this week or next week ?!!!

This week I assume a sideways move between the key support 1.2000/1.2200 and the key resistance 1.2800/1.3000…so exactly how this would happen!!!

As shown on the 4 hour chart, the pair found resistance at 1.2541 , this level has been breached today but If we checked RSI, the pair is rising with low momentum !!

So If we check the nearest resistance above 1.2540 we have 1.2620 (61.8%) retracement of (1.2823 / 1.2287) , around this level we have lots of resistance levels (low of the week 13 May 2012 & high of the week 27 May 2012) which I think they are not easy to crack?!!

In-case we witness a daily close or weekly one…
