OIL - Setup....

OIL - Setup....I don't know what the fundamentals are on OIL for now; but technically looking at it it is looking mighty bullish.. Weekly has clearly alot of scope to the higher side b4 we can assume it has found a top.. Lower side has put in a clear pattern of an inv HNS and 97.10-20 pretty much been the neck.. A break if coming and closing higher you don't need any fundamentals after that to make an educated guess where the price would head.. I see alot of you are bearish on it…See More

OIL - Setup....

I don't know what the fundamentals are on OIL for now; but technically looking at it it is looking mighty bullish..

Weekly has clearly alot of scope to the higher side b4 we can assume it has found a top..

Lower side has put in a clear pattern of an inv HNS and 97.10-20 pretty much been the neck.. A break if coming and closing higher…

EG showing it can head higher to test the neck it has broken a week back.. Currently at resis and if can attain a close higher should be heading higher.. Once it can do that; look for euro to outperform the GU going forward..

UJ approaching critical supp at 100.90ish to 101.00 lvl.. If breaks under could very well fall back to the 99.80ish zone..

Overall 9820ish is main residing supp for now, a break can fuel further selling on the pair..

Below is one of my responses to a fellow trader.. With just a slight changes to it; I'm posting it out here. The ? was in regards to the GOLD, hence some mentioning on gold is there as well..

To be honest I carry the view of 2-300 pips drop on major USD pairs; only that it could be more than that..
