Comment by naivetrader1 on April 15, 2012 at 6:58pm Hi Raj, considering, the Indices (egSPX, FTSE, DAX) have a decent -ve correlation with $; may we assume that the Indices are likely to follow this path?
Comment by raj patel on April 15, 2012 at 8:05pm Each follows the direction in its own weight it is not automatic that 1:1 ratio will be followed. Observe the velocity of the counter parts and gauge the pace on timely basis.Smart traders use many eggs in many baskets scanning for the best rewards.
Comment by naivetrader1 on April 15, 2012 at 8:16pm 'Sorry to bother u Raj. Would u plz explain 'overshoot' & 'undershoot'?
Comment by raj patel on April 15, 2012 at 8:30pm Overshoots and undershoots are points where price exceeds the top and bottom shown in the data gramme. when price does not square with time an overshoot or undershoot will occure till price catch up with time. Price will always square with time sooner or later. see last weeks posting. Its like Gaps that get filled because they went ahead of time.
Comment by Eddy Adrian on April 15, 2012 at 8:55pm Hi Raj...Thanks for sharing the incredible info..Would u mind sharing about overshoots n understands using a currency like eu how it will behave..

Comment by raj patel on April 15, 2012 at 9:14pm Eddy,
I have no way of knowing by how much each of the dollar counter parts will trade. The best way i follow the projection is by looking at the corrolation weighting of each index b4 the open and end of each day.I hope that helps.
