Hi everybody,

Demo contest is just about two weeks to start and I thought it could be a good idea to review what happened in past editions of the Demo Contest so you can have a reference of how usually traders perform in this kind of contests.

Our first demo contest lasted 3 months starting in March 2008 and was sponsored by Nordmarkets. The first prize was to manage a 100,000 USD account and 659 contestants from more than 30 countries entered the contest to win the prize.

The winner of that edition was from Singapore: See Yew Teck made an amazing 1,595% return and got the prize; he also come to ITC that year as a speaker. The second place winner was Ruslander from Peru (1,282%), James Brown from Australia (873%), Stephen Adil from Pakistan (757%) and Olga Lyakh, also from Peru (735%).

The second edition was also sponsored by Nordmarkets, lasting 3 months from February 2009. The prize was the same too: manage a 100,000 USD account. This time 1,218 contestants from 89 different countries entered the competition. The winner was Jose Medel from Chile which doubled the account (+204%).

Now you see, this competition is very exciting, take for sure you will compete for the prize with good traders who are able to double his/her account or even multiply it by ten!!! Now it’s your turn: join the contest and maybe you will be travelling to Dubai in the next months :)

Will be quite challenge for me this year, still on an aircard so personal trading is just barely there as it is. The competition looks severe...so looks like it will be fun!

I register the contest and got email about my login account 1 month ago but now the account login is invalid. Any body have same problem like me ?

In the email sent by HY Market, you should find the following info:

Username: contestant@contest.com
Demo Account No: 2008123123456
Password: Your current password

The details you have to enter in HY Trader platform are the account number and your password, just that.

If you haven't received your email with your username, password and link to download the platform contact HY Markets at: fxstreet@hymarkets.com

If that is your account number, then you also need your password in order to log in.
