We got this email from them on 18/10/12 in response to a request for an update. Call me a skeptic, but by the time they get around to any payouts, I am sure their legal/handling fees will have consumed a large chunk of any available funds.
Dear Sir,
We have received your claim.
Claims in CROWN FOREX SA's bankruptcy are currently being handled and under review. As you can imagine, due to the number of claims, this process takes a lot of time.
We will revert to you when all claims’ examination will be finished and a decision will be taken on all claims.
In any case, at this stage we do not expect payment from the bankruptcy estate before several months. For all other relevant information, please consult twice a month the web site www.crownforex.info. New information may be posted in the course of this year or in the first quarter of next year.
In the meantime, please keep us posted with your postal address in case of change or confirm the postal address that has been mentioned to us.
