I am looking for a MT4 broker, with following Instruments:

1) Nifty Index Futures (NSE 50 Futures) or Nifty Index Spot (NSE 50 Spot),

2) Dollar Index (DXY),

3) Forex/Currency Futures (e.g. EUR, CAD, GBP, CHF and YEN Futures),

4) Forex Spot (Majors, Crosses, Exotics), the more the better.

I need all of the above listed instruments from a single broker.
