According to Rendell, politicians change positions too often, refuse to admit mistakes or credit their rivals and won't say "no" their base. Underlying these and other signs of "wussiness," says Rendell, is a lack of backbone.

We heard it the other way around in the UK - if Mitt was to get in - politicians of all UK parties were worried about the guy on the World stage and no longer want to all behind the US with any more "wars" he may start - as his International credentials are already at a low.

I personally feel the push towards abortion on demand increases rape.
(not protecting woman & children again)
The vast majority of abortions are not conducted due to rape.
I think if we all held ourselves to higher standards, there would be less abortions ...
& less cases of rape.
Abortions don’t cure rape.
I submit abortion (the mentality of abortion) may even cause rape ...
objectifying the woman.
Rather than stopping the elements in our society that stops this sexual objectification,
we instruct the woman, "you can just further subject yourselves to a brutal procedure ...
that kills the baby in your womb and demoralizes you further."
I’d love to see a man offer himself for the same procedure.

... and the woman says, “what a great idea” ~ this will make me *free*.

Quick one Lisa - me and say 70% of my male friends over the age of 45 have had the "cut" - its so logical as you get older and already have a family - - cannot see the problem ?

despite the fact that I don’t hold actors & actresses in the high regard
that the rest of the world seem to (that’s not scary but ignorant ?) ...
he says scary ? scarier than what’s going-on right now ?
I have a strong feeling she wouldn’t be apologizing for Americans
after one of our ambassadors was sodomized & murdered !?!
The man that is in our White House set this up and supported the

Evening Lisa - you have had another good day on your pairs without doing anything - very nice. Re you comments - terrible and very sad whats happened and of course very worrying about the whole situation getting totally out of hand. I am sure you know the quote the infamous Sarah Palin said about a war in the Middle East - but I won't repeat it because yet again it involves religion - a subject that cause so many problems.
I am please you don't hold actors and actresses in too high a regard - because the US as had them as a President and Governor - and Mrs Palin his the biggest actress around lol
I do agree with you she is through and through an American Country woman - but she is just so damn unintelligent and I give her credit that she admits it
On the International Stage you must realise the US is not held in high esteem due to its arrogance and trigger happy approach to all who do not agree with its policies. Restraint and control of emotions is needed - diplomacy etc - remember two wrongs do not make a right.
I certainly don't agree with everything Mr Obama has done and my support would be more with the Republicans - but I am also very concerned about Mitt Romney and his comments and just do not fancy World War 3
PS - I Though you are Pro Life - ?

Dont you think it would be a good idea to regulate the Internet - I do for sure.
The Free Press in our country are going mad about the internet bloggers getting away with anything they like - and it true -
You think about it the power a a "troll" and then magnify the damage that can be done with a few million of them - winding up everybody around the World.
I am all for a "Laissez Faire " society - Freedom and less interventions - BUT you have to have rules and regulations to protect us all. You have to have controls in place - otherwise people will just end up out of control
The Internet is now out of control - I dont mean restrict it to the extent that happen in China - but certain World Wide Standards are required. Its common sense surely ?

Americans have just elected the Emperor of Japan
